I was the owner of a property at Narara & recently engaged Mark Whybrow as the Real Estate Agent to sell my property. I met Mark some 12 months ago at an open home & after some discussions i indicated to him that i had a home that i would be selling some months later. From that time, Mark kept me apprised of the trends & sales in the area by way of market reports that he posted to me at regular intervals as i was in Country NSW. Further he touched base with me over this period by phone to see if i was at the selling stage. He was not forceful in anyway & projected professionalism, positivity & enthusiasm. When i indicated to him that i was nearing the time that i wished to sell, i requested an appraisal. Again he provided me with the market comparisons & indicated an appraisal amount significantly above other agency values. I must admit i had a huge degree of hope that he was on the mark with the appraisal but there was a bit of concern in the back of my mind that he would be able to achieve the value in the Narara area as it would be a suburb record. I knew that my double storey 38 square executive residence with pool & spa was an excellent property & any family that viewed it would fall in love with it.
